Directly supervise the operations of a Design Division, Construction Division, Planning Division, Geology Division, Administrative Office, Recreational Facilities and a Water Reservoir control office. Coordinate with the project managers the supervision of several flood control projects in Puerto Rico.
Department of Natural & Environmental Resources, San Juan, PR Coordinate the design, land acquisition and relocation procedures related to several projects proposed by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Revise construction plans and specifications of large-scale flood control projects, prepared by our consultants. Perform technical inspections of environmentally affected sites, and coordinate the restoration of rivers and streams. Respond to requests from municipalities when help is needed to solve flood and erosion problems.

Prepare construction plans of the Temporary Facilities & Access Road of a proposed $600 million Chemical Plant. Work with the site logistics and construction phases of the project and prepared the rough grading of the site. Contracted by Caribbean Architects & Engineers, a subsidiary of Fluor (Daniel) Corp.
